I’m Debi Hall.  In  2008 I decided to go back to school.  I wanted to try something a little different and have some fun doing it.  So I enrolled in a culinary  program at AB Tech.  After one year in the program, I realized that I had fallen in love.

So…  since I was spending less and less time at the office, I closed it and moved that part of my business to a home office.  And in December of 2009 I graduated from the program with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.

I have started a small bakery business serving the Haywood County area.  My philosophy is I believe that you can have your cake and eat it too!    As special occasion bakers, we bake to order, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.  Scratch made on the inside,  beautiful on the outside.
